1. Slide the Battery Cover off.
2. Attach the controller onto the Hips Pad.
3. Remove the storage sheet. Position the Hips Pad onto your hips.
4. Press the ON button to turn on.
6. Press the "+" button to increase intensity or "-" button to decrease the intensity.
7. Flex and Enjoy.
